Why was every single bald dude I met either a PK, baserapist or a baserapist PK?


I've NEVER met a decent player that was bald... NEVER.



They seem to shoot everything that isn't one of theirs... Sometimes they even shoot each other.


I can understand PKs from diferent nationalities doing that but so far I only met one russian that wasn't a PK that could barely speak... And he wasn't even that "russian".



So... Why? If they're like this in 2238 I'm really curious to know what Requiem is like.



This thread has no intent to bring racial concerns up to discussion, I'm just curious to why every single russian I find tries to kill me.

If you really got bored to get killed by them, I think best solution is to beat them down to ground so hard that they won't come back.

Most I met were literally way too stupid to do anything other than random encounter traps, this thread is made out of pure curiosity towards their behavior.

I entered The Den unarmed once and walked towards a bunch of russians to actually examine and see what they do when they're not trying to kill things.


Turns out one was talkable... But not for long.

If you want to deal with russians, kill them. I see no way how you can **talk** them to death, so talking here is useless, get your team and gear, and face this nasty Russians... give them some fun. probably they killing naked bluesuits coz they have nothing else to kill.

I had once turn based encounter with two players with russian nicks. They shoot me to unconsciousness and then they gave me FA and said "Don't run, we want to play with you". Well, I started to run, so they finally finished me.
But recently I met russian player which offer me stuff for junk for his base. And he really keeped his promise and gave me some nice weapons and armors for start.

I never had any problem with Bald People. I actually have worse ingame experience with Long-hair dudes... now that I come to think of it ingame I never met anyone with long hair that wasn't trying to kill me.

So... Why? If they're like this in 2238 I'm really curious to know what Requiem is like.

On 2238 I never survived so many random encounters with other players without having to kill them.

First player I met when started playing FOnline 2238 was Russian (i discovered it later). As I just registered my 1st character I was excited, because I've never ever thought there will be fallout online, so when I saw him I said "Ooh! Alive human!". He was in metal armor with some rifle in hands, it was Den, January 2010. There were some other guys, and it seemed they wanted to kill him. So I talked to him and said that I'm new here and just registered, he said that it's nice etc. and said if I need help. Then he said that he will give me pistol and ammo and went somewhere, I was standing there and waiting. One of other guys (who were Russian too) went from house with bazooka and asked me where did he go, I answered that I don't know. Then 1st guy returned and give me desert eagle and some .44 ammo which I'll lose on my 1st encounter later vs raiders.

So I was freely walking Den full of "evil Russians", and no one killed me. Beginner's luck?

Btw if a lot Mongolians were playing FOnline, you would make thread "What the deal with mongolians?" Just because most players are PL and RUS, obviously most PKs will be PL and RUS.

Pvp players are divided on pkrs and apk (doesnt mean that they dont pk, they do but enemies-pkrs only).

So russians you met were russian or other nation with russian nicks (I have one too) that are pkrs.

On the other side i try to apk with my russian char but its hard

As Manero said, lots of other nationalities use Cyrillic in their nicknames (yea I have a character called Келин and I'm not a russian) and also many (I would say majority) russians use Latin. When I was starting playing this game, I was killed by russians everywhere, so I thought the same about them that they are evil. But after some time I've seen projects like BHH in Broken Hills and I was shocked that russians can be nice even with bad english.

On Requiem majority of players you meet in encouters try to kill you, but when I came to Klamath controlled by "good russians" nobody shot me on sight. There was like 10 or maybe more of them in full gear and there was no way they could know my freshly created character. So yes, treat others as individuals.

If your verb "to apk" means don't shoot first unless the player is recognizable enemy then it's not hard at all.
