Make the YK32 Pulse Pistol a common weapon.

No it is not. It's been one of the best EW weapons in Fallout 2, but here it suffers from low range. That still makes it very useful when range is not huge factor. As a bonus, it practically ignores the most common used armor, that's not bad. Also take note that some of the weapons don't have their original stats, so you could as well make this thing pack a bit higher wallop. (Eg. plasma pistol does 15-35 in original)
Anyway, if some think it's too good, also remember it has extraordinary low magazine size. Not huge thing, but should be factored as well.
Roachor:
Range is always a factor, 15 is pretty brutal. Give ew pistolers a good alt when fighting metal, I like it.

Agreed, there is no need to hide this weapon.

I agree, it should be common. but think, maybe 2 of every 2000 suggestions are even taken into consideration, so this whole topic will probobly be forgotton soon along with all the others, and the devs probobly wont even read it. So yeah..... Good luck.

I like the idea.I think the rifle would be good idea too cuz it has only shor range ::)
