Make the YK32 Pulse Pistol a common weapon.

McLooter:
I suggest this because it:

- Only 15 range, it's the shortest range for a pistol.
- A lot less damage than Plasma rifle.
- There is a lack of electric weapons.
- Only slightly more damage than Plasma pistol.
- CA helmet and Tesla helmet has good resistance against it.
- I have also used it in an event, so that confirms it is a worse weapon than the Plasma rifle.


Obtainable from
- BoS Patrols perhaps?
- Shops in SF.
- Crafting it.
- Lootable from Glow/Ares.
- Also a weapon in Hinkley.


Crafting requirements:
Professions: Energy Expert: 2
YK32 Pulse Pistol blueprint.
Resources:
1x wood
1x normal alloy
2x HQ alloys
1x normal metal part
2x HQ metal parts
4x normal electronic parts

Sarakin:
Pulse Pistol should be ingame, being a .223 pistol for energy users.

Not bad suggestion.
But there could be another way to obtain them, in fallout 2 enclave patrols used to carry pulse pistols along with gauss pistols and plasma pistols.

No. Maybe from a special encounter like the gauss pistol, but it should not be farmable to such an extent everyone can have bazillions of it.
