Make a blueprint merchant in every major town.

Footlocker hunting is all well and good, but to supplement this there should also be a merchant. One who randomly generates bps according to the current (footlocker) scarcity and accepts only caps in payment, say 20-30k each.

glow is getting raped every day so there is an 2 percent chance that u get anything out of it that is worth it ... also u need an huge amount of rad away and thx to the CD that u cant craft high amounts of it anymore  :P better kill some other players to get stuff its easier
