You just applied a filter to the original picture to make it have 5 colors. :-\
EDIT: No, it's a total of 7 colors. My bad.

Both images (especially the second one) look like you vectorized bitmap with some tracing tool,
eg Live Trace in Adobe Illustrator. If that's the case, I wouldn't exactly say it's drawn.
If not, then kudos for simulating tracing artifacts so well I guess.

It's not necessary, I don't care how you did it. Just saying that it looks like traced automatically.

yeah, maybe it looks but i can upload a file and you will see that image isnt created from millions of tiny elements but from massive shapes. drawing only borders from 1st post took me like 2 hours or even 3

and btw, would THIS be possible with traced image? i dont think so

OK OK. Out of curiosity, what program did you use to draw it?

This looks like traced BMP to a SVG, imported to Blender, cut up in different objects so it would act like layers and baked with lineart render on white background.
Or it could be handdrawn, in both cases though i must say, it's a nice job.

used only CorelDRAW 9 (yeah i know, shitty and old), no more addictional programs. i have also regular power armor i will upload it soon

edit:

this one took longer time than apa, but still is shittier. i can dismantle it into parts too if you dont believe i drawn this by myself
