I would rather say make it IMPOSSIBLE to farm remnants. They break the game, for fuck's sake. The only reason they are there is because people don't know how to play another way.

See? Farming is bad, explotable and gonna be nerfed soon. It's not falloutish to scavenge corpses searching for valuable items. Crafting should be the only way to get stuff in post-apo reality.

Farming remnants is ridiculously easy and is pretty much the late game content. After you farmed them, it gets easier and easier and more profitable. You won't ever need to do anything else.

It's a ridiculous end for the game's learning curve.

most people play for fun not to farm for days  for just for a couple things.

maybe you are new here or something but there allready is. its called hinkley.
i dont go there and fight because its fake or its not fun.
just realize that people want to progress in the game but also not spend hours and hours getting weapons.
also mclooters suggestion is good because he is right. unity is weak as fuck but gives better stuff then remnants which makes no sense. remnants have allmost 200 more hp then unity in some sqaures.

Yes lets remove all content and make grinding longer and complicated. Crafting should be the only source of weapons since making alts just to find bps are super cool and who cares if half the weapon bps aren't in game. Sure you kill people to loot them but then the weapon is free, make corpses charge full price to take their things.

We pretty much agree that the game has lost 80% of it's players.

So it is doing something wrong. And IMHO, it is the complete lack of anything else to do late game than farming Remnants, Unity and grieving.

PvE is not the reason most people left the game. And you should play the game more if you think there is nothing else to do but the three things you just said; it makes it sound like the only place you've been to is NCR.
