Gun Runners Caravan Package BS

So me and a couple of friends took the Super Mutant base clear out job, after they all died we went through the trouble of unlocking all the room with all the crates and then we are faced with crates that claim they need a key but cannot actually be lockpicked. Attempted to lockpick will display 'That does nothing.' in the dialog box. I have tried clicking on all crates at different places and I get no timeout and again the dialog message of 'That does nothing.'

What am I doing wrong? Is it broken?

Those are supposed to be the boxes to lockpick.

Yup.  They were easily able to be picked last time I did that quest.  Maybe a bug with the update?

Does this happen for everyone or is this just in the one location? Because in the mapper, all is fine with it.

As far as I know, just me in this one place. You can ask JovankaB as I had her tele to me but she couldn't figure what was up.

Bug, will be fixed after next update.
Until then some quest containers can't be lockpicked.

cant people atleast be reimbursed for the quest being bugged?

Just a note, the safe with the 7k caps does work so if you just want that it will be fine.
