It still says you gain +10% DR when your HP drop below 50%, which is a truth but only a small part of the truth.

Current mechanics is:

Adrenaline Rush increases Damage Resistances by 15, 10, 5 and Damage Thresholds by 3, 2, 1 when current HP is below (or equal to) 25%, 50% and 75% of total HP respectively. This is not cumulative.

So description should either say exactly what it does or be more general, like "Adrenaline Rush increases Damage Resistances and Damage Thresholds when your hit points go down", because now it's misleading.

Better vague than false.
Current one is neither vague neither precise/true which is the worst of all IMO.

They did in the changelog and it's in the manual (wiki) already.
How description in the character screen look like is more a matter of style.
