I ve been listening lately to many chit chat about finesse.


Will it be buffed..?(it will be,of course..)If yes,how..?  Will it be made the way that can allow 6 luck characters being deadly critical dealer too..?
I'm looking forward to build my main for the rest of the season,and i am so curious and so frightened that every non-finesse build would become garbage from one day to another.
Pretty please,is there some certain news..?Or even safe gossips..?

My speculation about Finesse will be that targeted shots will require an AP more instead of increased enemy AC.
After all, a well placed sniper shot isn't a hasty one.

it was told by solar that after update it will ignore +30%dr from fineese on EVERY critical
thats why i w8 with creating my lazor sniper

That is great,but...can someone tell it for sure..?Because it will make useless 3-4 of crit builds out there....and i'm tiried of grinding.Next one will be my best and last.

Yes,i m not giving up,and at least other 30 guys aren't,and i m spending all my free time in advertising and helping newbies (teaching them how to fish,not feeding them)...to help mantain server population,and i m not fucking going away,not even if there would be only me,Jovanka and Voland in Ncr chit chatting about how the game sucks.

Just good.With drugs and only 20 percent crit chances would be even better.With 30 percent finesse reworked and RBTE would be awesome.
And with that kind of finesse macieck spoke about,you can make a reliable critical dealer with top sight,top ap,top hp and 6 luck*RBtE should be working too ofc*.Which is what i am looking for...
