This project has its history. Even if you would make another branch from this project, it would not be as successful as its root, because there would be many changes in (this) root project if it was made open source.

is a question directly to lexx and he was used to talk in the other thread because, suprise suprise,
"changelog" thread and "this game is dead" thread are full with flames and spam (my posts also counts to this spam)
and rarely available to talk constructive without receiving bitching and insults by the whole tester community.

trying to get the game to work is bad enough. you would have thought that someone would have been smart enough just to add the dat files to the game and charge a small fee for it. nope had to go shopping for old azz fallout 2. then i come here and have constant problems trying to get it to work. think ive downloaded 7 or 8 times. once a problem seems to be fixed here comes another one. me im not wasting anymore time if the owner of this game hasnt got his head out of his azz in 3 years then he never will. before the owner/developer says i dont care, know that i donate a couple times a year to utopia and area00 and have been playing both for 5 years

now im off to mpog to take a giant $hit of a review for this game.

p.s dont use anything fallout related to this "game" some of us die hard fallout fans get sucked into it. this game is a pease of $HIT in a shiny vault-tec wrapper.

old azz fallout 2 can be bought at Steam, GOG, Amazon... Kind of everywhere and it costs 5 bucks or less. Besides, we can't add the original files and charge a fee for it. That's... like... totally impossible. We aren't a firm, we don't even have a business model or anything related to big money. Also your "if the owner of this game hasnt got his head out of his azz in 3 years then he never will" makes absolutely no sense to me. We never even tried to sell anything.

Then again, if you are such a big die hard fallout fan, I wonder why you had to buy Fallout 2 first.

I enjoy him thinking that he is a "die hard" fallout fan with fallout 3 being his favorite, on a side note we get more advertisement yay!
