This is just a tiny thing.

After presing PIP or shortcut P, the status bar could apear, instead of initial PipBoy screen.

Well, "P" opens the PipBoy. That's what "P" stands for: PipBoy. The PipBoy has nothing to do with the rest of the interface.

I probably didnt make myself clear. After pressing P, the pipboy would still apear, but instead of the screen Pipboy2000, it would go straight to the status part of the pipboy.

That would be helpful, since cooldown times are not displayed in the Fix-Boy. It's time consuming to be constantly clicking back and forth between the Fix-Boy and the Pip-Boy > Status Screen.

You can press P twice to see status, but still, that's right. The welcoming screen of Pip-Boy is just a waste of time =/ Or maybe timeouts should be on it.

No, no, no, no!
If this half second needed to press "P" second time REALLY ruin your life, it's better to wait for options implemented into client and put "PipBoy welcome screen on/off" there. Leave PipBoy logo alone!
