Personally I find current system better then the previous in overall. Repair system is better no more need to pump the skill so high anyone can repair.
Combat armor mkii and Brotherhood armor is gone for now I like this too. Never were a fan of those armor they too military looking.
We can show the slaver tattoo or hide it with a helmet another thing I love now I can if someone is a slaver or not, except if the tattoo is hidden.
New follower system which is awesome. Had some problems but its more or less perfect. The only thing that should change with it to make mercs and companions turn against the player if he keeps attacking them. Speaking of attacking now there is a loyalty which is a plus again. Slaves in time rebel or run away. Mercs will abandon their post. And companions will stop to care about the player.
Banks seems to work now normally. They may go down once but so far it works cool.
Hp change and raised max level is a good thing too. Especially due to the fact that both skilled and non skilled players end their characters with a perk.
Speaking of perks the idea of support perk is nice the only thing that I find strange is that I can get the ranger perk as a slaver too. Though Tamira was part of the rangers so its not as a big deal still I think she should hate slavers and not teach them.
A few new quest even if some is not working fully they still nice.
The no more profession limit gives a liberty to have a know all guy. Blueprints are hard to find yeah its true but it gives a good reason for trade. (for some its a reason to scam)
New fast shot makes some crazy actions possible. This guarantee that TB pvp stays the best:) Removal of second bonus move gives a little for RT fans so they can have a chance in TB.
New unarmed and melee system. The idea of heavy handed was nice and the hth perks are cool too. Still critical hits are better then heavy handed.
1en no hp gain could be seen anything but in all case the player starts with a hp that he would have got at lvl 21 before wipe.
Fast relog finally no need to stop its easy to play different characters without time limits. Don't really care about the pvp aspect of fast relog but in case I get killed by an sneaker troll I can come back and kill him or try to. Another good thing that with current level cap its possible to have some unarmed skill on every character...

Make a petition against this game, put some nice message in your signature, or try to make your own server. Or, like many of us, just forget about this big crap which is a shame for Fallout universe and move on to play other games.
