Problem with stealing is that nuka isn't spawned often at NPCs and there is quite big risk someone was faster than you.

Well it would not be fair to hoard all the cola for yourself.

Just make those cola machines working in some encounters (Like you could open them, drop random amount of Nuka colas)
It's boring to see them in encounters and they do nothing :/

Actually that wasn't suggestion I was just (undirect)reminding some people who haven't used search option or saw that topic.
