I don't think "just use head" will work in this case, or rather the result of using it won't be trying to level up on centaurs

Need level 1 to craft lazer pistols and SEC , with little effort it's easy to notice how AI works in VS encounters where there is usually only one NPC after you and as soon as you hit him it usually changes target if it doesn't , run around till the distance between you and the NPC is farther than the distance between the NPC and a another nearby hostile target. In case if it doesn't work then change encounter , if you don't want to risk dying and trying to hit him again. Of course at lvl 1 you won't have the skill to do eye shots even at close range ( if it's a mad max wannabe char , most probably will be possible to do eye shots , because their not powerbuilds with 1 str ) , so all you have to do is watch some npc's fighting and finish off one nasty floater with a torso shot that will instantly grant you the first level unless you already achieved it by crafting SEC and lazer pistols what will make it much more easier. So first levels finishing off with torso shots , then stuff gets easier.
Stuff like car , extra equipment like armor , healing supplies are not mandatory , but all that would save a lot of time and nothing more ( if you use head , you can find a way how to gather necessary items to obtain those things too , even with level 1 ) , you can get around the wasteland by bare foot and craft the necessary items , build tent wherever you wish as you just need to know where to find some brahmins.
Use head will just do it fine , but god you play so inefficiently , i think you waste more time than anyone else from my team.
I was a loner once too you know , nobody told me that , i thought of it myself. BECAUSE I USED HEAD and instead coming here and whining on forum how hard the game is , i just thought.
