How to farm cigarettes.

As far as I know there is only one bar selling cigarettes - Scum Pit. Tobacco leaves don't regenerate (neither on tobacco farm).

yeah in tobacco farm they do.. i gathered some the other day..

Strange, I've been waiting there for 15 minutes and... nothing. Maybe the leaves are spawned only once after every server restart or maybe their regeneration is very slow (like 4 times a day or something, because every time I come it keeps saying "There are no leaves left on this plant").

yeah, same thing was happening to me, but the other i went in and there they were... BUT the next day i camped there for 5 hours and they didnt respawn.. so i dont know how often they do

Tobacco in farm gets regenerated sometimes indeed... by me ;D
