Hello.

Yesterday, me and my friend managed to do this quest just in two. Just two persons, with different characters on each doing. This way I would like to thank two guys,who were able to help me with the party and travel with me to Gunrunners.

Allright,on the other side, I would like to hear, what kind of blueprints did you find in the briefcase? We had BPs for Magneto pistol, LSW, 14mm Sig, Laser Rifle.....unfortunately,no armor...

Rumour has it that you can take the briefcase to BOS or Raiders, but nobody has found the npcs to whom to deliver it.

i ll offer 7.5k for briefcase from mutant quest, dunno is it to much or to less for this.

Need to have *Accepted* reputation at Gunnrunners, by doing delivery quest. Then find 3 people, who will be in party with you and talk to the guard in combat armor about the mercenary job and he will tell you,about lost briefcase. Your option: 1. Bring briefcase back and choose armor or weapons from gunrunners. 2. Open it,loose reputaion (opener) and forget about doing the quest ever again.

Lol. I think the only "nobody" who hasn't it found yet is you.
It really can't be simpler - you need to take the case to Lost Hill bunker guard and talk to him.
The part with Raiders is bugged and/or not finished yet.

And you need to be high level to take the quest

There must be 4 people at least - that means you and 3 real-player-followers.
After giving the case to BoS bunker guard, he gives you Minigun BP. The rumour is that giving the case to Raiders gives you P90c bp. But I never managed to do that.
