was the laser rifle (ext. cap.) removed from the game?

Wiki is just outdated, it really need some changes.
At the moment there is just few people on wiki who do changes.. don't expect too much.

It was lootable from BoS Initiate Patrol encs and probably will be once npcs are back at encounters.
