the new quests only help people who can kill things or are super vague
I doub't that. At least 3 quests (let's add the job too, then it's 4) can be done without any combat. One can be done without hard combat, if you are smart and the rest is exactly for PvE and a bit harder. /Edit: I just checked my files. At least 11 of the new ones can be done without combat.
FA getting nerfed helps no one.
It helps to make stimpaks and healing powder more useful. You could try it, instead of using FA. Or wait... did you xp farmed with FA before? There have been many people doing that, before the wipe.
I had a lot of hope for this update and it has gone down the toilet.
Same story as always: Don't like it? Don't play it. Don't know, what's so hard about that.
