I feel like all we can do to help, as a userbase, is contribute to the psychological well-being of the developers, so they manage to finish their tasks without any problems, while still feeling good about the whole project and themselves.
So my contribution to motivate them is a picture of some Russian soldiers practicing some arcane sport that was probably never meant to be seen by outsiders. I honestly don't have the slightest hint of what they're doing.
