The fact is many players have quit because have been killed and raped many times from other players in towns. i was almost to leave too.

If the game continues like that, the only games will stay on server will be the "killers"

I believe some thinks must change. to find the wastelander on desert and kill him has a logic.. becuse there is no other people there. but in cities must be a karma penalty for killing.

i really don’t care for the time i have lost to figure out the rules, and assholes. but i want many players on game for fun.

I would tell you that the "Wasteland is harsh..." but that quote is old. If someone killed you kill him back if he shot you shoot him back if he stole from you go get it back. If you don't like it here there is always the russian server which are worse and tottaly not translated

i believe the killing between players must be on every fallout game:
Yes to killing on wasteland
Yes to rapes if follows
No to towns without penalty

Any penalty is pointless as long as you can simply make another TrololoAlt537.

If you will be killed by main char it will be not so pointless as you think. And any new char need to be leveled at least to level 3-4 to good kill someone in town or use some good burst weapon. So karma penalty in city is one of good solutions here.

Amen to that. Maybe make the bounty hunters like in the SDK you do bad thing and bad thing will happen to you. Also guards in NCR tend to burst so is 50% their fault too . Would be wise to replace their weapons with Sniper Rifles so they don't hit the wrong person.

None professional troll uses his "main" to smash random people with bursts or nades, mister. Also leveling up "troll alts" seems to be a reason for some people to, uh, play this game.

There is unsolved "idolized" reputation issue in Gun Runners, maybe we should ask for fix this first, before adding "city penalties", whatever that means?

I believe players who wants killings in towns will continue playing even with the change of  bad karma (will trying find someone on wasteland or trick him with follow)
But the new players who trying level up will stop playing… because they will believe can’t levelup.

I am not trying find a way to lv up.. or don’t be killed.. I am looking a way, new players can play.

The developers and GMs don't give a shit. They could care less about town spraying and their server population.
