It's not like someone asked for all of this , one of the developers shortly after wipe gave us the idea about future TC and asked for feedback , concerns that kind of stuff. This all toilet camping thing was already predicted and it was suggested that buildings ... to be precise certain areas of map wouldn't trigger influence gain and much more improvement's that just aren't in this system at all. Someone just didn't have time to polish and finish TC.

I was a noob some time ago and now I`m just wonder what`s wrong with me that I`m still here. So if you think you can go around mess with people etc. Forget! I never went to ncr, only gecko, I did not show my ass to others! Until I`ve joined some faction. Digging, working, this is hard! You may do this or just join some bollocks they can explain you what is the game about  :D

I think it's a bit offtopic, but I think that too many people now think that Fallout is hobo-simulator in wild-west setting. With devastated landscape as a bonus.

JovankaB:
It is futuristic, but the technology is in some ways backward to what people have now, because of
history divergence in Fallout universe. So yes, location can be too futuristic and Fallout can still have
robots, lasers and power suits.

Also, the remains of the high tech were scarce in the original Fallout, and were mostly available in locations
which were supposed to be visited later in game, by the kind of hero that is born once in 100 years.
Normal people had no access to it and were in fact more like hobos in the wild west. Personally I would
prefer if in FOnline server was populated by hobos not chosen ones. It seems more faithful to original to me.

While being more faithful it would go against the mmorpg genre.
Take a look at wow and the amount of 'OMGheroes' running around for instance, it's the norm in most. While going against the norm isn't necessarily bad ... I certainly wouldn't be playing if players were reduced to common wastelander status, that's more for a RP server perhaps.

While we're nowhere near chosen one status I think the potential of the player char's is about right. Max level we can't exactly go around solo-ing anything in the game and a bad spawn into an encounter can kill anyone.
