I won't leave just because of someone killing me in NCR. I might leave because of the TC, crafting, or other stuff not working right now. I don't think PK in NCR is much of a problem right now.

You probably haven't been playing since wipe, because bombings are quite rare.. acquiring dynamites/c4 has been already made a pain in the ass, due to such crybabies like you :P

1. first you need to find/buy dynamite/c4 blueprint, pretty difficult
2. then you have to make high traps alt - this is quite easy
3. then you've got to buy detonator parts - almost impossible since the place is camped 24/7 by alts parked next to dangerous dan and checking him if he has any spare parts, and there is no other place when you can get them
4. then you've got to dig hq minerals, 6 for each dynamite, 12 for each C4..
5. then you've got to go to advanced workbench and take all the fucking rocks with you, but no problem on duallog bro, just time-consuming
6. then you've got to click in advanced workbench/fixboy like 50 times to get one C4  (btw exp gained from crafting bombs was also nerfed halved )and get out of there safely

.....then arm the bomb and use on some dramatic carebears like yourself, and you know what? Reading your whining in game/on forums/on irc about how bombs are the worst thing worldwide is still PRICELESS !!!!

Guards shooting you on sight for having a weapon out trolls more players than humans do. If you run through jt with a weapon you won't see the guards yelling because they are off screen and the only way to know which areas are protected is to have played the game enough. There are no signs and yelling before shooting barely gives you enough time to holster *if* you see the warnings. That and you have to stop moving to put away your gun. If you made it so killing players in a protected town somehow screwed your character you'd end up with a lot of new players shooting a thief and having their char ruined.

The devs should care what the playerbase wants since we are the source of income for the servers and if no one plays the game they just wasted years making it for no reason.

Things that need to be addressed are:

Retards who spout "wasteland is harsh" to justify pointless griefing. Fonline is an ugly 2d game with a wiki that is outdated and a playerbase that is largely unhelpful, it's pretty hard to get people to start playing and keep playing a game that seems designed to make you ragequit.

Garbage TC system, I don't understand how anyone ever thought toilet control was a good idea. Pvp apes are pretty much the only long term fonline players, solo players usually get bored and leave since once you hit 24 there is nothing to do. The only endgame was TC and now that it's about going afk no one wants to do it, just look at all the factions that quit or went inactive until tc gets fixed. Just revert to the previous tc system to keep people entertained until you come up with one that isn't retarded.

Not enough quests to seriously call this game an rpg. The end game quests all require useless lockpick alts to complete and are one time affairs. Factions generally don't quest together because they are more pvp oriented and casual players will never find a group to do these quests because no one trusts strangers or ever says "thats cool my char has 300 lockpick, i can come join you guys."

Fonline needs mappers to make instances with random loot drops so people group together and have fun doing it. There are so many opportunities for cool dungeon quests
that would be worth doing, import things like the epa and other cut locations from the restoration project.
