can i use finesse for sniper ? i mean can it increase his criticals and not reduce eye crits.
or no crit gonna be like 20-40 dmg ?

Use Finesse Only For Cripplers , eitherway dont use a sniper rifle for a crippler its always better to go with a 223 or 14mm pistol u can also go with a mauser theorerically . only purpose is crippling ^^ on sniper build finesse add +30% dmg Resistance , i dont know how it exactly works but ive tested that u do not so great dmg with finesse ...

Simply put damage res (DR), is % of damage soaked up. And is applied after damage threshold (DT). Example, 100 damage (@30%), now becomes 70.

With that said, I'd advise the OP to wait with leveling snipers. New update that is supppsed to come anytime now is supposed to rework finesse so that the DR is ignored upon successful critical hit. This will make finesse a must on all snipers.

Every bypass, ignores targets DR, so its always 0% with bypass. In that case finesse isnt so bad for sniper. Important is, what char youre aiming, because low luck chars, could suffer for bypasses.
