I've been hearing rumors for quite some time that there's a special encounter with a Vindicator, and that only a couple factions know about the location and are keeping it secret because they're farming it like you can do with gauss at 38:13. Has anyone else heard anything about this?

Sure you can. Make an alt, start walking on wm over the gauss encounter area. Once you find it, stash it and make a new alt.

Yep. Around themepark. If you have a character with a high ODM, walk around the general vicinity of the 38:13 square until you get the encounter. My friend found FOUR this way.

dont need a special build to find gauss but you can find them around themepark. its random on when and how you will find gauss.
