Rework Chem Reliant to be useful

Roachor:
For people who like to use drugs for either combat or rping purposes im suggesting that Chem Reliant is changed from:

Chem Reliant     Faster recovery from chem addictions     Twice the chance to become addicted

to

Chem Reliant     Slower recovery from chem addictions     Chems last twice as long

This way the character would stay an addict dependent on the drugs yet not have to procure as many to keep their addiction going.

Crazy:
Or maybe, do he twice: Faster recovery from chem AND Chems last twice as long, BUT Twice the chance to become addicted AND Slower recovery from chem addictions.
