 it's basic knowledge, if you don't know it I'll give you a tip, keep starting tc timer in the middle of the night when everybody are sleeping. I thought you are doing it to learn how the different tc timers works, but looks like you have wasted your own time. Keep playing.

You have COA which is able to play also late, so conditions are same, sometimes people missing, so they have to wait for them, that knows each team. For Americans is late at night when you wake up, but half of your team consists also such people. I thought fast relog, this kind of problem solves.  Also, nobody is forcing you to play until 0:30 am or when it was.
