-Remove in cha for getting equipment, this is for pvp builds not rp.
-Add mk2 flamer, flamer mk2 is already a useless flavour weapon due to range, reg flamer does 50-80 dmg with both perks it is unable to kill anything.

give us ap rockets, and ncr ca, enklave ca

Just add everything, people can add their own restrictions
