Have the action points/agility calculations been nerfed? Why is it I'm seeing builds on the forums showing (on the character planner) SG bursters with 18 action points? The best possible at the moment seems to be 10 AP.

Is it even possible to make a two shot burster now without using drugs?

action boy perk gives you +1 action point, can be picked 2 times, so max ap without drugs is 12 (10ag+2action boy).
