So the problem is that all those scammers like res and others ruin all the auctions. Like you can see in this topic : http://fodev.net/forum/index.php/topic,22704.0.html
It takes too much time to understand where the hell is the last "right" bid.
The same is if I do normal Sell or Buy theme. I will be spammed hard from those Austim's Alfa-A's and others.

Some of you will tell that I must look if person got enough speech % and when he was registred.

This speech % are brahmin shit. I play Fonline for 3 years right now, but never had to post anything on forum, so I got 0% speech and no one want to trade with me (only some guys from SoT, tsar and others who just have nothing to loose). Is it fair? I think this system of trusted sellers must be rebuilt somehow.

I can suggest to make reputation points. I saw on different forums (As example it would be: www.antik-war.lv ) that every person got reputation points. Especially forum which I posted earlier is Latvian forum for sellers of some war goods like guns, knifes, gasmasks etc. For each good trade, collection announcment or something else different guy can give 1 point to reputation+comment why. For example: I bought old soviet WW2 helmet from some guy who live in Belarus. I got it. It was in condition as I saw on photo, everything went as planned. So I give him + to reputation and write that he is a great seller. But also I bought an camouflage from one guy in Poland. I waited long until he will ship it to me and then when I recieved it it was in really bad condition instead of great one which was on photo. I gave him - to reputation and wrote that he is a badass.

Maybe on 2238 forum also can be something like that? we can think about it and decide what will work better.

They will make new accounts and give rep to those accounts witch will be used to scam. Those who make those fake accounts at all are complete morons , so i'm sure they will do that.

System of giving +/- reputation can be fixed. For example only trusted members of forum can give reputation points etc.

I think this +/- thing for trading is good idea,but T-888 have right too. It will be very hard to choose those, who are "trusted" members and a lot of nig..people going to do fake accounts for earn + repu. :S

Trusted ones can be those who are trusted now. Like falloutdude,dark angel, vandal and some others who are the most active traders. I just made  a suggestion to think about changing this buy/sell/auction things, now together we can remove bad parts and think how to upgrade it.

Just open one 'sticky' thread with a list of bad/good trades and references from other users. When sobebody who can be trusted makes a deal with other guy, he can write there that the trade was good and then other people will see that this guy is OK. If someone would like to make a ton of alts and spam this topic with them, that's OK - even a hundred of posts from random alt will mean less than one from someone known and trusted.

On topic: I'm all for the trading restrictions for those, who have low speech parameter.

Could be reduced a lot by post count requirement to give reputation.

The amount of reputation one can give to someone is driven by reputation power, which is derived from post count, current reputation and date of registration. If someone has low one or more of these values, he wont give any positive(negative) reputation to anyone.
