Ok the second line just made me delete the game ( havent been playing for a while since all these "great" features were implemented), i just lost the faith, now i know why its going downhill.
Now we now why we dig ore and do other pointless things, people who used to roleplay a tree or table in NCR are becoming devs now. Make Wichura a dev, he will make people cut trees for the whole day just to craft 100 5mm ammo.

i dont want to be GM because i dont play all day , give these occupation to people who really online most time and good at helping people and not some abusing freaks

truth on how to be gm was already said need to be a kiss ass. as simple as that they not looking for people who know alot about the game but ass kissers. most gms i meet dont know the basics  of this game which really pisses me off. how the fuck you get to be gm with no skill in the game really ask a gm 10 basic questions they will get 2 or 3 right. need people like ravenousrat as gms and people who know shit. if they fight with devs they so be it. gms and devs dont need to like each other, ok devs . gm is only here to help players if they happen to like you then so be it, good for you. we need more gms who know shit about the game not gms that just spawn critters and kiss ass. gorlak was good gm but even he did not know basics. which makes me sad. devs give some people who know shit and are on alot gm status. currently if you use +requesthelp there is 1/10 chance you get a gm online. NEED MORE ACTIVE GMS.

We have game masters who are who they are , but i agree the common player out there doesn't have much chance to obtain the GM status even if he wanted to. I personally don't want to be a GM , but at the same time i understand that i could never be one because , well i'm from SoT as well tend to break rules , play PvP , use dual log , use occasional broken game mechanics for own entertainment , fun  , don't value RP very high etc. etc.

I can actually be rude to players in game and get away with that , get banned on forum for 2 weeks and get back and not loose anything , i don't have to be polite all the time or well liked.

It's so good to not be a game master.

I came to NCR at a time where it is empty and there was just one man standing.
I left but came back after over an hour to check back at the traders.
To my surprise the man was still standing in the same hex so I ask him what is he doing.
He replies to me that he is busy becoming a GM.
I ask him how is he doing that and he tells me that he's been standing there all day and that the GMs told him that if he stands in the hex long enough he can become one.
Poor guy.
