this sounds allright but it will also need to show who gave rep to this person at what time it happened. like a big log of it.
because all i see happening with this is trolls making accounts geting high speech then giving there troll scammer alts high rep. with logs we can see who gave and decide are selfs if the people who gave them rep are trustworthy.

Yes, I just forgot to mention that log system must also be, like on forum I mentioned in first post. If someone want you can randomly look some thread there and see how it is made there. I find this really and the most usefull.
