environmental armor

It is actually an armor from fallout tactics.

In this server it is just black combat armour graphic afaik.

It is not in the game. If you get it because of whatever reason (as example, GM ignoring the rules again), it would be nice to report it. The armor item itself is just a test object, it's not meant to be used.

can i ask why its not in game? it would be good for glow runs and such and from what i remember its stats are not op.
