environmental armor

Its not in the game because if it was you would need one less alt (glow alt) and this game is all about alts

Wait for 3d era to be implemented.
Swinglinered:
Could be put in as a fixed graphic, but not a moving one, as FoT had 8-point (direction) models and FO2 had 6-point models.
