what with it? Now i having more fails on footlockers with 325 % lockpicks. There was any update?

i've noticed increase in failed lockpicking too last day or two...

I've noticed a few changes too last 2-3 days:
- less lockers in encounters
- sometimes better loot (laser rifles) with TH perk
- more unpickable lockers

Nah this aint true. Might feel like it sometimes.

Lockers spawn in a certain cycle. I've noticed that when hunting bps with dual log the encounters tend to occur at the same time to all of my chars in addition to chests spawning. So if one char finds an encounter with box, others very often find it too at the same time. Then there are times when none of my chars find a single chest for few minutes. So there seems to be a global cycle for encounters and also for boxes in them. The cycle seems to be some 2-3 minutes + occasional randomness.

With treasure hunter perk you simply get more various objects in the chest. Non th char usually finds 1-3 items, but th char might find even 6 differend items so chance to find various stuff (including bps) is higher. Treasure hunter screws over stack items like caps and ammo and thus you will always find only one of them.

Impossilocked chests are totally random and truly impossible to open with the lockpick skill % we can reach with out chars. I tried over 200 times on a impossilocked chest so the chance to open can't be even 1%. 3 attempts with 200 lockpick is enough to verify surely enough if chest is openable or not. Only devs can tell the idea behind these chests.

so treasure hunter KINDA works?

it's not completely opposite form working as it's stated on wiki.
i don't care bout ammo n caps in footlockers,but if there's bigger chance of finding BP or some good guns ill take it

3 attempts with 200 lockpick is enough to verify surely enough if chest is openable or not. Only devs can tell the idea behind these chests.

300 with 10 luck, TH, and Expanded Lockpicks?

With 300 lp yes. Luck doesn't seem to have any effect on anything related to blueprints or chests. Expanded lockpicks are nowhere to be found.

Expanded lockpicks....good question. I have not seen these yet. I still use my same tumbler guy with regular lockpicks. He has Lockpick 300, Luck 10, Agility 9, Perception 9 (10.10.10 with cigs and cola) and TH and i still fail to open many of the lockers i find, and even fail to open many of the ones found by friends when they call me in.

But TH works so badly that i stopped using this char to find lockers. I use a different Luck 10 guy to find them, and call in my tumbler afterward. I end up finding more caps that way and better items. As noted before: locker contents apparently generate when encounter is found, not when locker is opened.

TH simply screws up all stacks like materials, caps and ammo. You get single piece of each. But it increases the whole ammount of various items which means it's more likely to find a bp.

Do you have any proof that luck10 increases the ammount of quality items found?

i doubt it.i found almost all the BPs in 4-5 days with luck 1
