level 2 skills

i have all the requirements to level 2 small guns and big guns skill, but when i go to new reno and ask the guy to train me i dont have the options to get trained i have 97% big guns 95% repair 104 science, 110 small guns and i cant get the option to train anymore i have 7 st and 6 agility so i dont know what the problem is. can anyone help me? like i have the option to ask him about small guns or big gun skills but after i select it, it says something like nevermind

You want level 2 for small gun AND big gun?
You can't, just because you can't have 3 different level of profession.(level 2 + level 2 = 4 different level)
Maybe you have already SmallGun[1] BigGun[1] and Doctor[1] ? or something like that? So 3 different level (1+1+1)

so if you have 3 profession level 1 you cant put them to level 2? if so is there a way to get rid of a profession to concentrate on another?

yes coz you can only learn 3 levs for profesion for example 2L big and 1L Samll or 3L armor

And no you cant cancel profesion that been allredy taken
