im not sure becouse i just started playing, but what i noticed

Enclave: SOT, BBN? and some other random guys
BOS: CS, Kotw? - they just swiched side

Come to BOS because we need more soldiers! Today small fight in Hub was fail for us (20vs3).  ;D

How Tactical Fighting works? I got 140% so is it good? Xenom can you say more?

Tactical fighting makes your DEF and AGR mode better.
