Explains nothing. Just old one message about closing subsection. If you won't be lazy and roll your screen down you can manage that there is no russian subsection at all. Nowhere to redirect.

Thank you Redivivus. Its true, this redirection isn`t explain something.
It was Russian subforum in Foreighn wastes. Now its suddenly deleted. Other subforums alive. Reason - ? Polish subforum was deleted of trolling. But now its alive. French - by the wish.
So is it a big problem to recreate Russian subforum?  Lets discuss it, we can find common language.
But i cant understand why it was deleted now? Before this topick it was only closed.....

It isn't deleted, just invisible.

It was made that way back then because there was very little activity on the board and we didn't have an active moderator - the fonline.ru boards had way more attention for russian speaking people and we decided to just link it there. Why the re-direct is gone now, I don't know.

Anyway, I don't see a reason not to re-open it as long as enough people are there actually write something in the subforum. Alsoplustoo, there is still this issue with moderators, but maybe Graf would be willing to oversee it.
