Yes server is offline, look at bottom of homepage. God only knows when server will be back online.

It will be back when it will be rebooted. And it will be rebooted when some admin comes back from the bar and kicks the server.

Wow that rollback was rough. My fighter logged in and was injured from prior fight even though he was healed before server bounce. And my lockpicker was in wrong zone still. And my traps guy was in Act 1 of Diablo II still talking to Charsi. Rollbaaaaaack!

yes i just started to play and had first contact whit other radiated felows and he kicked my ass but he revived me some god fellow anyway why i cant fight turn based it is buged total ?

The combat mode is set by whoever makes the encounter. So if you are on Turn-Based and make the encounter, then the encounter will be turn-based always. Towns/other permanent locations are always Real Time.

I cleaned and ordered my base 3 times, becoase i got 2 rollbacks. Now i hate Scypior.
