With a squint of the eye you remember these folk... That's right! These are the same four you saw a few weeks ago over in San Francisco causing a ruckus about some tattoo.  What could be going on here?

He is a friend of the leader, but that doesn't mean we're all of a sudden PKs.
Having a friend whom is a PK does not make you one yourself.

well first of all dr.zoidberg is a pk so thats most likely why goblin nade killed him.

If that was a misunderstanding, and you're not really a PK - is it possible that a lot of other things are simple misunderstandings as well? 

It's bad enough to have wrong information, it's even worse to give that information to others...

just for the record im goblin nade and generally when you get dropped in an encounter with 2-3 guys you get aced. ive been playing since 2009, i spoke to zoidberg since and made it clear that i acted in a kneejerk fashion, apologized for killing him and explained that i acted out of e need to protect myself (i ended up dying anyways). im sorry but if you dont immediately leave an encounter im in, im going to preceive you as hostile. if you say nothing and stand there, hostile. i however dont go after people in towns EVER. yes ive killed a few people in encounters but to me when travelling its kill or be killed and is usually the case, you seriously think im not going to make sure my blueprints and shit are safe when im travelling, playing 2 years has taught me to be warry of most people and for good reason. if im labeled a pk whatever, i prefer to think of myself as a warrior, at least im not some cheap laser sniper :p.
