One scientist survived and escaped from the glow and he is hidding near Boneyard. In every town in boneyard when you talk to random people they sometimes say "I wonder where dr. bishop is..." You have to go to library and talk to specific person ask her about glow and scientist called "Dr. Bishop". She will tell you that nobody seen him for years. Then you ask more about him. She said that he was super intelligent and had rough life as a kid and most of his life spent drinking in the bar. You ask where he was drinking. She points in some direction (example she says east from here) in the wasteland. After that you go west from library and you encounter some special place called "The Nobody Inn". There is only an old bartender and the scientist drinking. You talk to him. He tells you that he was researching advanced technology in glow. Some strange dude asked him if he wants to be usefull and then he went with him in the glow. After everything that happened in glow he somehow escaped. He doesn't have anything better to do in his life and he just wants to drink he says. You need to have high intelligence, speech/science to convince him to stop drinking and he has to find some meanings in his life like fixing all kinds of items or weapons and dismantling broken ones and making new ones because that was he doing back in the days in glow. Even cars. After that he needs to sleep on the floor for some time and gets sober. But bartender says that he is sick and he is vomiting since he got here. Well duh yea he was in glow. You need to cure him with rad away and rad-x. After that you talk to bartender ask him is there any empty room that he's not using so the scientist can fix crap there. Bartender says that everything is empty because it's hard to find that place and nobody was coming there for years expect the scientist. Then you go with scientist in that room and he will ask for super tool kit. When you give him the kit he will make you from junk that was inside the room already .44 magnum revolver or combat shotgun or rocket launcher or something you can choose. After that you can bring him all weapons and armors that are broken he will dismantle it and make it into something usefull for example, broken metal armor, broken shotgun, broken desert eagle and he makes H&K Caws. Or you bring him some broken armors and pelts or weapons and he makes some sort of armor etc. Then you can ask what kind of broken weapons you need to make pancor jackhammer or combat armor? He says that and that or that and that.
Also if you have weapon or armor that is 60/100 or something you can ask him to repair it and he will say for example bring me X metal parts and X alloys and I will repair it.
-If you ever implement some new special car, this guy could make it. Some kind of prototype car that he was researching in the glow. You have to go find some parts in sierra army depot, mariposa and glow. It's fast but getting broken pretty fast too. Only he can repair it.

This sounds pretty cool except the give him broken shotgun and desert eagle and metal armor and he makes H&K Caws, that just seems overkill.  But I definately like the repair item for metal parts alloys ect... Things like combat armor that you wouldnt want to throw away, but if there was an option to have it repaired for a price, itd be pretty cool
