Perks disappear :(

Thanks for advice, i recreated my character.

I found this build on forum, but if i cant keep 3 and 6 lvl perks, its imposible to get all these perks?

Bonus ranged dmg
Bonus ranged dmg
Lifegiver
Lifegiver
Bonus rate of fire
Action boy

What perks are best for 3 and 6 lvl smallguner?

P6
E6
C3
I6
A8
L6

You can make a build there and see what it turns once it's fully leveled.

Really? Will the perk select window open when I reach the next level or always when I open my C window? This totally changes how I can make my character...
