Perks disappear :(

Sorry for my english  :-\

Im new in Fallout Online 2238 and i was created small guns build - i need these perks: bonus ranged damage, bonus ranged damage 2, lifegiver, lifegiver 2, action boy, bonus rate of fire. I wasnt take 3 and 6 lvl perks (i saved them for higher lvl), then i lvled 9 lvl, i took bonus rate of fire perk and then 3 lvl and 6 lvl perks dissapear. Whats wrong? Why i cant take anymore perks? Im 9lvl and got only 1 perk :( cant i keep 3 nd 6 lvl perks for higher lvl? I thought keep 3 and 6 lvl perks for action boy and bonus rate of fire...

It is not possible to save perks for later this way. The best you do is to remake your character.

Yep. You can only take perks when you level. If you close the window or click cancel then the perk is lost forever.

Bonus rate of fire perk is only available on lvl 18 not on lvl 9. When you reach lvl 3 you have to pick one perk because when you reach lvl 6 the previous perk will disappear if you haven't take any. The bottom line is that you have to take first perk on lvl 3-5, second one 6-8, third one 9-11 ...

Not exactly. You can spend your perk anytime before you gain your next perk.
Means (without Skilled Trait) you can spend your lvl 3 perk at lvl 5 but at lvl 6 its lost and so on. This is what happened to OP.
