Instant killer, hmm... I'm playing a melee sneaker right now and it's hard and fun, but imo melee needs a little buff(compared to these HH knockdowns...)

Rage master:
sap is just bonus perk, you can take ab, and if u dont like ghost take 2xab to get +2ap
