laser sneaker build

I do agree with you, that if your firs shoot would no kill or knock out the target you are in trouble (if the target make a counter attack and not flee). But what's sneaker doesnt have perks like silent running or silent death? Where is the sense of creating a char without so important perks?
But I must tell you that I do have an ew sneaker and that about 75%-80% of firsts strikes are ended with death or KO of the target. But if not I am still like 30 hexes from the guy so I have time to hide and active the sneak again and perform another attack.

That's nice, I don't have an EW sneaker but I had a SD burst sneaker and now I have a melee sneaker - he needs to do constant damage, since the first hit never kills(never got so lucky to get an insta-kill yet). Too bad melee is hand to hand, I can't just quickly hide and resneak, there's a high chance to get swarmed by other players, I have low perception because I need luck :F
And even if the first hit does KO which is so unfrequent despite SD+Bonus HtH Damage+, I wouldn't kill my victim if I did ~10 damage hits, I need those criticals.
Judging from your post EW SD looks similiar to the old burst SD, I had 1 luck with that character and the first shot was often a kill.
Melee needs buffs :P

2. Spray and pray only for untargetted shots, but judging from your EW% you will only shot untargetted...
Is this one untargetted shot really powerful enough?
Or if I wanted to finish the guy with fast unaimed shots if the first one doesn't kill, maybe Fast Shot would be a good choice.

Not Rambo or Chuck Norris, but ninja assassin - why not?

Rage master:
u use aim in eyes. u have 2 shoots but if u want to shoot unmarked sap can hel u. u can take +1ab if u want. ghost is good in towns +sneak skill in range of buildings.
1sh head crit is v high and 2nd kill u and u have hance to get next crit.
snekaer is support build not pvp build. auto crit and better crit gives u knock down or bypass and u can easly sneak on again and shoot again with crit. i see u cant fight with out brust op sneak. how lame.
i could see instant ninja killer but only for unarmed/mele 1hex sneaker with power fist or combat knife.
