You've probably wondered what the best place for farming blueprints might be.
The answer is:
Located just a bit north-west from Modoc, this square stands out because:
1) the only encounters on it are: a) ants, b) radscorpions, c) ants and radscorpions, which means that even a low level character can use this square with practically no risk of dying;
2) 100% of encounters on this square are city ruins encounters, and that means you don't get to waste even a second of your precious time visiting regular encos where you would have no chance of finding a footlocker;
3) you encounter
only small city ruins maps here, which means no need to waste more time than absolutely necessary when running to a footlocker from the place where you spawn;
4) since the mobs here are so weak, you don't have to worry about killing/avoiding them, you can simply rush to the locker right away and there is virtually no chance of them killing you, unlike in the case of many other similar zones, which saves you
a lot of time, especially in the long run!
