well it is 12pe and for 2 shoots. it is v good build and if you want to make 3 shoot gauss sniper go and do it. it is max range max damage max hp you can get and 2 shoots. it was tested and it works v well. show me your finesia snipers and i will laught at them

dear pussy snipers use drugs. i know how to make builds and how to use them in action. show me weaknes of this build. sure i can make little better for psyho but i will have to change specials. 2 shoots is fine. 56rage of view so you can see enemy snipers befor they can see you. you can survive 2bursts from avenger and 3ap rockets. build have dead man walking and can heal when it gets cripled. snipers are for shooting in distance not in close range. there is no need boosting hp and taking usless finsesia or 1life giver.

and please bhh and ttla...i saw yours builds and mines in action...there is no need making 14ap gauss sniper for 3shoots. 2 is enought to shoot twice and move 5 hex foward or back.

u use jet to have 2 aimed in eyes shoots and to disable -15% res i took beter touhness. learn to read perks
