Little introduction. We have 3 OI doctors in world map, 1 in redding, 1 in san francisco, 1 in vault city. We all know you can operate your mutated toes on them, you can get combat implants, but you didint know, that they can change you even more! Behold for revolutionary skin-changing system the oi-doctor. Every player is able to get skins they want for only 20 000 caps. Yes, they can change their skin many times, but each time they have to pay 20 000, and wait for 7 days cooldown to end so they can change their skin again. Yes, all possible human skins will be written on wiki same as skins disadvantages, so chose carefully. Yes all 3 OI-doctored towns will give different skins, so you will need to go to the one you need and talk to the doctor standing near OI-doc.
So in Vault city you can get:
vault suited black guy,
vault suited black female (lynette skin)
long hair dude,
vault suited red haired girl,
doctor, scientist, technician skins,
skins like farmers, peasants, bootlegger (black guy with red shirt),
also child both male and female skin,
ms kitty skin for female characters.
In Redding you can get:
bold dude skin (like metzger looks now, cause its without armor),
mobster skin,
bouncer skin (black coated mobster),
thug skin (guards in desperado casino),
punk female skin,
ghoul (and slags) skins,
mutants skins,
tribal and long haired tribal male skins,
female tribal skin.
In San Fransisco you can get:
Ncr officer skin,
Shi guard skin,
All robe skins,
lone wanderer skin,
short guy skin (like buster in ncr),
sf citizen both male and female skins.
Maybe i missed some skins, that of course could be added to one town or another. And also all towns have normal male and female skins, if you want to change your skin back, but they cost same and give same cooldown. What would we win from that?
1) Players would get skin they like, so they will be happy
2) Players wont ask gms/devs for skins so they should be happy too
3) Role playing in role playing game so everyone should be happy.
4) player killers will be able to loot 20k in redding, thats a good reason for more fights in this town, woot.
