Hm strange I though Fallout (1-2) was about choices and consequences. What you wrote clearly not the original Fallout cause they were deep and had way more then just violence. There were reasons and goals and most of the time there were no way to know if things are going in a good or bad way, try to look up the original intended ending for junktown, or the story of the regulators.
