You guys realise its an automatic reward for a quest costing you 800 caps right (if you have low charisma)?

Junktown quest to fix the robot... you need to go to Hub to buy the motivator or whatever (which I had to pay 800 for but I have charisma 4 only) and then when you return and fix it the guy ALWAYS (ot at least always for my 2 characters and my friends 3 characters) gives a .223 blueprint...
