Out of game kill

Hello everyone.
Before all, I have to tell you a little story, that happened a few hours ago.

I was waiting for someone in area 38:14, just before the entrance of a cave, holding a tommygun, a few ammos, a radio and a leather jacket -Useless equipment as I was here to die-. Some characters spawns before me, and go away, the first time I yelled "lower your weapon and go away", as it was always the same characters going in and out, I did not repeat the call. Then JovankaB appears, says Hi, and rushes into the cave, and three characters are in the map with me, all unknown for me. Quite surprised to see a GM outdoor without me doing spamming a +requesthelp, I decide to follow Jovankab and ask what is going on. The three others enter the cave as well, and I learn that I am accused of cheating, exploiting a bug called "TB cave trap", bug that I didn't know about. I tell Jovankab that the game is RT, and as evidence, she asks us to shoot her, turns out that the game really was in real time. After that, I'm simply killed.

What is the problem ? Yes, I went here to die, so far there's no problem. But first, I've been wrongfully accused of cheating, and I'm killed out of the game, because of the presence of a GM and explainations, it seems, to me at least, that this "battle where I shot no one while I could've" or you can call it "Shoot me because I stand before a cave", was broken as soon as we began talking with Jovankab, in fact, if I had been killed directly while talking to her, I would not have paid attention to it -another death on my account-, here I was killed during an obvious "cease fire" and pourparler since I was accused of cheating, before a GM, no less.

By now everyone understood what I suggest: That the players are actually ENFORCED to follow the game's rules, and the GM allowed to fully interfere, because by their mere presence, they already interfered with this battle (not its ending though, since I would've been killed anyway).

And yes, I'm not posting this in Suggestions, since I am more complaining than suggesting.

dude i remember her spying on me and my teammates, using gm;s sneak mode to check our containers and workbenches, "some" people really shouldnt have been mods gms and admins. U stand in ur cave and ouf of the blue someone is opening boxes, no life? :]

I do not mind GMs checking characters stuff, in fact I even encourrage it. Here Jovankab did nothing wrong, she even apologized while she did nothing wrong. The only apologies I might accept are from the three guys who killed me, and even if I roleplay, here I would be asking for the players apologies, not their characters since it was totally out of the game.

By what you are saying, I guess you are against seeing the GMs able to use their powers at will.

Some amount of control should be enforced.

But it always appears  such a thing doesn't exist, whenever GM truly misuses his/her abilities, there is no apparent reparation, or at least an apology to the offended party.  Besides in this case ironically, where the GM apologized even though it was not her fault for the specific event that occurred.  :P  (javonka has always been one of the better GMs.)

Though I don't see a GM going through a base a problem, if for the right reason(s). However, I can certainly see why someone would be angry about it.

How you would feel, if you saw me suddenly in your base and going through all of your shit?  Or your tent?  No need to answer, because you would feel a little bit angry/frustrated at least, no matter what, especially if you couldn't kill me.

wow, not really, the thing is I just remembered her doing it, simple as that, I dont pay for the game and tbh im not gonna play fo2238 unless major bugs are fixed, also I dont like the way it became, if u are looking for a part time job, here it is play fO ;] dig craft and lose it all, repeat the process
